The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and cafes nearby, and easy access to transportation options. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. this hotel provided a great experience in terms of cleanliness, location, breakfast, and staff.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, making our stay even better. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast options.

The noise levels during the night and early morning were quite disruptive, even with the windows closed. the air conditioning was initially said to be under repair but was later provided upon request.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to public transport and nestled by the little pond. It is still in the centre of the city and conveniently located near the oldest metro line. The room is comfortable and clean, with plenty of storage space. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful receptionists. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory options. the view of the courtyard garden is calming and pleasant.

Some bathroom amenities were missing, but that is a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.
